TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner

1. After cleansing your face, apply an appropriate amount onto your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
2. Allow the toner to absorb fully before applying your next skincare products.
3. For dry and combination skin types, layer the product two times, allowing it to absorb fully between applications.
4. For oily skin, use as an all-in-one moisturizer by applying a generous amount after cleansing.
5. Use the toner twice daily, morning and evening.
