We strive to process within a few days but please allow about 3 business days for processing and expect longer times for holidays. Shipping and delivery times are provided by our shipping providers and may be subject to delays. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You can certainly reorder the box as a separate order if it's still being offered in our site. Past boxes will typically not be available in the same form.
